• MY INSUREDS DASHBOARD
    • Click on the My Insureds
    • On the My Insureds dashboard, you will see your insured along with their email address, phone number and loss location.
    • The Forms column is where you will create your NFIP Preliminary Report and your Advance Request report.
    • The Status column is where you will assign a token.
      • Prelim360 is tokened based. One token per claim. You will need to purchase a token in order to produce the Prelim report and Advance Request.
      • Click on Assign Token to assign a previously purchased token to this insured.
      • To purchase additional tokens, click on Pricing in the top Nav Bar.
    • Action column
      • Photos
        • Click on the camera icon to view the prelim photos.
      • Prelim Data
        • This is where you will enter the information needed to complete your Prelim and Advance report.
          • NOTE: We recommend adding all known prelim data on your computer.  It’s easier and faster than trying to add it on your cellphone. 
        • Edit Insured Info
          • Editing the insured’s information from Prelim360 does not change or update the insured’s info in Claims360.ai.
        • Delete Insured
          • If you delete the insured from Prelim360, the insured’s information remains in Claims360 but cannot be added back to Prelim360.
