  • Enter your Old Password
  • Enter your New Password
  • Enter your New Password again.
  • Click on the Change Password button at the bottom of the screen.
• Contact Claims360
  • Click on the Contact Claims360 button.
  • Complete all of the required (*) information.
  • Click on the Submit button.
• How-To Videos & FAQs
  • Click on the How-To videos button to view the instructional videos for both the website and phone apps.
  • Click on the FAQs button to view a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
• Delete Account
  • Click on the Delete Account button.
  • Enter your password in the popup box.
  • Click on the Yes, Delete Account button.
    • WARNING: If you delete your account, all information associated with your account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Click on the No button to Cancel.
• Logout
  • Click on the Logout button.
  • Click on the Yes, Logout button to logout
