  • CONTACT CLAIMS360
    • If you have a question, suggestion, or want to report a bug, click ‘Contact Claims 360’. Select the appropriate department — Sales, Support, Suggestions, or Bug Report. Enter your message, and optionally include your phone number if you’d like a callback. To attach a document, photo, or video, click ‘Choose File’, add your file, and click ‘Submit’.
  • CHANGE MY PASSWORD
    • To change your password, click ‘Change My Password’. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click ‘Update Password’.
  • FAQS & HOW-TO VIDEOS
    • Click ‘FAQs’ to visit the Frequently Asked Questions page. Click ‘How-To Videos’ to watch instructional videos on how to use the Claims360.ai website and phone app.
  • DELETE MY ACCOUNT
    • To permanently delete your account, click ‘Delete My Account’. Enter your password and click ‘Delete’. Your adjuster will receive an email notification. Once your adjuster confirms the deletion, your account will be permanently removed and you will no longer be able to access it. 
  • LOGOUT
    • To log out, click the ‘Logout’ button and confirm by clicking the green ‘Logout’ button.
