- Welcome to Claims360.ai.
- Claims360 was created by experienced adjusters to make it simple and fast for you to share photos, videos, and documents related to your insurance claim.
- Instead of sending files through text messages or email — or trying to manage file-sharing services like Dropbox or Google Drive — Claims360 keeps everything organized in one secure, easy-to-access location.
- In this video, we’ll show you how to access your claim on the Claims360 website and upload your files in just a few simple steps.
- HOMEPAGE — LOGGING IN
- ai is a free website provided by your adjuster. Your adjuster has already set up your account — all you need to do is log in.
- Important: Please do NOT click ‘Let’s Get Started’ or sign up for a new account. Your account has already been created for you.
- To log in, go to claims360.ai/login.
- Enter your username. Your username was included in one of the first emails you received from your adjuster. In most cases, it’s the last four digits of your phone number followed by the first four letters of your last name. If you can’t locate it, contact your adjuster.
- Enter your password. The default password is 1-2-3-4-5-6. You can change it after you log in.
- Click the green ‘Login’ button. A four-digit Two-Factor Authentication code will be sent to both your email and phone — the code is the same for both. Enter the code and click ‘Submit’.
- DASHBOARD
- The Claims360.ai dashboard is your home base. From here you can view your adjuster’s information, upload damage photos and files, change your password, access the FAQ page, watch how-to videos, and log out.
- YOUR CLAIM INFORMATION
- In the upper left corner of your dashboard, you’ll see your name. Click the down arrow next to it to view your address, email, phone number, claim number, policy number, and adjuster file number. If any of this information is incorrect, please contact your adjuster.
- Just below your name, you’ll also see your scheduled inspection date and time.
- MY ADJUSTER’S INFO
- Click the ‘My Adjuster’s Info’ button to view your adjuster’s name, phone number, and email address. You may also see their photo, their NFIP-issued FCN number, and an image of their current FCN card.
- Click the back arrow in the upper left corner to return to your dashboard.
- MY DAMAGE PHOTOS
- Your adjuster may ask you to take and send photos of your damage. This is where you’ll upload them. Click on ‘My Damage Photos’.
- Click on the green ‘Add Photos’ button. Select the images you want to upload from your computer and click ‘Open’.
- To add more photos, click ‘Add More’ in the bottom left corner and repeat the process. When you’ve added everything you want to share, click the green ‘Done’ button in the lower right corner.
- To add a description to a photo, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the image, enter your description, and click ‘Update’.
- To delete photos, click ‘Select’ in the upper Left corner of the screen. Choose ‘Select All’ to delete everything, or select individual photos. Then click ‘Delete’. Please note that deleted photos cannot be restored.
- Click the back button to return to your dashboard.
- UPLOAD MY FILES
- The ‘Upload My Files’ section is where you’ll upload any documents, videos, or other files your adjuster has requested — or anything else you’d like to share with them.
- Click the ‘Upload My Files’ button. Select the files you want to upload from your computer and click ‘Open’. Accepted file types include .docx, .jpg, .mp4, .pdf, .png, and .xlsx.
- To add more files, click ‘Add More’ in the bottom left corner and repeat the process. When you’re finished, click the green ‘Done’ button.
- Your files are automatically sorted by type. Across the top of the page, you can filter by category.
- ‘All’ shows every file uploaded by you or your adjuster. ‘General’ includes any files that aren’t images or videos and don’t require a signature. ‘Photos’ shows all uploaded image files. ‘Videos’ shows all uploaded video files.
- ‘Signed Documents’ will show documents you’ve already signed, and ‘Unsigned Documents’ will show documents sent by your adjuster that require your signature. Electronic signing is coming soon — we’ll add a how-to video when that feature goes live.
- To send files by email, select the files you want to share by clicking ‘Send All’ or selecting individual files. Click the ‘Send File’ button in the upper right corner, enter the recipient’s email address, and click ‘Send’.

- If you have a question, suggestion, or want to report a bug, click ‘Contact Claims 360’. Select the appropriate department — Sales, Support, Suggestions, or Bug Report. Enter your message, and optionally include your phone number if you’d like a callback. To attach a document, photo, or video, click ‘Choose File’, add your file, and click ‘Submit’.
Change My Password
- To change your password, click ‘Change My Password’. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click ‘Update Password’.
FAQS & How-To Videos
- Click ‘FAQs’ to visit the Frequently Asked Questions page. Click ‘How-To Videos’ to watch instructional videos on how to use the Claims360.ai website and phone app.
Delete My Account
- To permanently delete your account, click ‘Delete My Account’. Enter your password and click ‘Delete’. Your adjuster will receive an email notification. Once your adjuster confirms the deletion, your account will be permanently removed and you will no longer be able to access it.
LOGOUT
- To log out, click the ‘Logout’ button and confirm by clicking the green ‘Logout’ button.
