- MY INSUREDS
- Tap on the My Insureds button
- Here you will find a list of insureds you have imported from Claims360 into Prelim360
- Tap on the insured’s name.
- The insured’s Information will appear.
- At the top you will see the insured’s contact information.
- Below that you will see seven buttons. Prelim Info, Prelim Photos, Download Prelim Report, Download Advance Form, Edit Insured Info, Assign Token and Delete Insured.
- Prelim Info
- Tap on the Prelim Info button.
- At the top of the screen, you will see three selections. To Do, Missing and Complete.
- To Do. When this is selected, you will see a list of the sections that still require information to complete the Prelim report.
- Missing. This section shows you information that has not been completed but may or may not be needed for the Prelim report.
- Complete. This shows the completed sections of the Prelim report and does not show up in either the To Do or Missing categories.
- To Do Section
- When selected, you will see a list of the sections that still require information to complete the Prelim form.
- This is the information you left blank when you setup the claim on the Prelim360 website.
- These sections will need to be completed in order for the Prelim form to be properly filled-out and completed.
- Click on the first section.
- All required information is outlined in red. Enter or update the information on this page then click on Save at the bottom of the page.
- Repeat the above steps for all of the sections in the To Do Category.
- Flood Water Information – Main Building and Appurtenant Structure.
- Complete with one or both depending on the situation.
- As an example, if the loss is to the Main Building only, then leave the information in the Appurtenant blank.
- NOTE: You will still need to click on the Save button at the bottom of the page even if no information was added.
- Missing Section
- When this is selected, you will see a list of sections that have incomplete information but this information IS NOT REQUIRED to complete the Prelim form.
- This may include information like Policyholder, Insurer or General comments.
- Complete Section
- When this is selected, you will see a list of all Completed Sections.
- Prelim Photos
- This is where you will take the photos required by your carrier or IA firm to complete the Prelim report.
- Tap on Prelim Photos.
- Click on Add Photos again.
- Your camera will open. Take all of the photos you need to take to support your Prelim report.
- When all photos have been taken, click on Done in the upper right corner of the screen.
- If you need to add additional photos, click on the Add More button.
- If you have taken all of the photos you need for your report, click on Done.
- Next, your Photo Gallery will appear.
- At this point, you can add captions to the photos and choose if you want to include the photo in your Prelim Photo Report.
- Add Photo Captions.
- Click on the Edit icon in the upper right corner of the thumbnail.
- Add the photo’s title and description.
- You can enter this information using either the on-screen keyboard or by using voice to text.
- The information you add here will be shown in the caption info on your Prelim Photo Report.
- Once the title and description are added, click on Update.
- Repeat the above steps for all photos you want to include in the Prelim Photo Report.
- Include Photo in Photo Report
- Click on the icon in the bottom right corner of the thumbnail image.
- If the icon has a check mark, this photo will be included in the Photo Report.
- If the icon is an empty circle, this photo will NOT be included in the Photo Report.
- Reorder Photos
- Some IA Firms and carriers require that the Prelim Report photos appear in a specific order. The order of the photos and how they appear in the Photo Report can be rearranged here.
- You can take your Prelim Photos in any order since the order or the photos and how they appear in the Photo Report can be changed in the app.
- Tap and hold on the thumbnail. When the outline appears, drag the image into the position that corresponds to the order of photos required by your IA Firm or carrier.
- When all thumbnails have been reordered, click on the Update Order button at the bottom of the screen.
- When the Success popup appears, click on Okay.
- If you want to add more photos, click on the orange camera icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- If no additional photos are required, click on the Back Arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
- Downloading the Prelim Report
- Click on the Download Prelim Report button
- Click on Yes to download the report or No to cancel.
- The Generate Customized Preliminary Report popup will appear.
- Select the forms you want to include in your report.
- NOTE: The forms will appear in the order they appear in the popup box.
- NOTE: If your IA Firm or carrier require the forms in a different order, you can download each form separately and stack them in the required order using a .PDF program like Adobe.
- Click on the Generate & Download
- The full Prelim Report will be created and appear on your phone’s screen.
- NOTE: Before downloading the Prelim Report, check it first to confirm all information has been added to the Prelim form, all photos are in the proper order and captioned per your IA Firm’s and carrier’s requirements.
- Click on Download Prelim Report
- From your phone, select how and where you want to save the Prelim Report.
- If you choose not to generate, save and send the Prelim Report from your phone, you can generate and save it from your computer.
- Downloading the Advance Form
- Click on Download Advance Form.
- Click on Yes to download the report or No to cancel.
- The Advance Request Report will be created in the following order: Advance Payment Request form, Prelim Report, Photo Report and FCN card.
- NOTE: If your IA Firm or carrier require the forms in a different order, you can download each form separately and stack them in the required order using a .PDF program like Adobe.
- Editing the Insured Info
- Editing the insured’s information from Prelim360 does not change or update the insured’s info in Claims360.ai.
- All changes made to the insured’s information in Prelim360 are not made to the insured’s information in Claims360
- NOTE: We recommend any changes to the Insured’s Info be done in Claims360.
- If you choose to make changes to the insured’s profile, once changes are made, click on the Update button at the bottom of the screen.
- Assigning a Token
- Click on the Assign Token button
- If you didn’t assign a token to this claim when you set it up on your computer, you can assign it here.
- You will need to assign a token to this claim to generate the Prelim and Advance Request forms.
- Click on Yes to assign a token. Click on No to Cancel.
- Delete Insured
- If you delete the insured from Prelim360, the insured’s information remains in Claims360 but cannot be added back to Prelim360.
