SIGN IN to LOG OUT
- Signing In
- Enter your User ID and Password
- Your User ID and Password were sent to you by your adjuster.
- DO NOT use your email address.
- Click on the Login button.
- Your adjuster has already created your account. There is no need to create one
- Forgot Password?
- Click on Forgot Password.
- Enter the Username associated with your account.
- If you don’t remember your User ID, please contact your adjuster.
- Click on Send Reset Link. A reset link will be sent to your email.
- Check your email. If not in your Inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
- Open the email and click on Reset Password.
- A new window/tab will open in your browser.
- Enter your New Password
- Confirm your Password by entering the new password in this box.
- Click on the Reset Password button.
- Click on Login here to log into Claims360 using your new password.
- (2) Dashboard
The dashboard is where you will view your claim information, upload photos, videos and files, change your password, contact Claims360, view How-To videos and FAQs, delete your account and logout. - Adjuster’s Info
- Click on the Adjuster’s Info button.
- To call your adjuster from your phone, Click on the Adjuster’s phone number to place a call to your adjuster.
- Email Adjuster
- To send an email to your adjuster from your phone, Click on the Adjuster’s email address.
- View Adjuster’s FCN card and/or licenses.
- Click on the image of the FCN card and/or License to view full-screen.
- My Damage Photos
- Click on the My Damage Photos
- Click on the Upload Photos
- Click on the Add Photo
- Select between using your camera to take photos or choose an image from your phone’s Photo Gallery or Cancel.
- Take Photo
- Click on the Take Photo
- Allow Claims360 to access your phone’s camera.
- Rotate your phone into the Landscape (horizontal) position.
- Click the Save to Gallery on/off slider.
- When turned on, all photos taken through the Claims360 app will be saved to your phone’s gallery.
- When turned off, all photos taken through the Claims360 app will ONLY be saved to the Claims360 app and NOT SAVED to your phone’s gallery.
- Click on the Shutter button on the right side of the screen to take the picture.
- Take your pictures and then click on the Done button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Upload from Phone’s Gallery
- Click on the Add Photos
- Click on Choose Image from the popup box.
- Select the photo(s) you want to upload from your phone’s gallery.
- Click on the Done
- Click on the green ‘Complete Upload’ button at the bottom of the phone’s screen.
- View, Edit and Delete photos
- From the Damage Photos page, you can view, edit or delete the selected photo.
- View
- Tap on the image you want to view. Click on View to view the photo full-screen.
- Edit
- Tap on the image you want to edit. Click on Edit to view the photo and add a description.
- Enter the photo’s description.
- Click on the Save button.
- Delete
- Tap on the image you want to delete. Click on the Delete button to delete the selected photo and description.
- Sync your photos to the Claims360 cloud.
- Once you have taken all of your photos, click on the Sync Damage Photos button to save your photos to the Claims360 cloud.
- This action will save your photos so you and your adjuster can view your photos.
- This may take a few minutes based on the number and file size of the photos.
- When the photos are successfully uploaded, the Success popup will appear.
- Click on the OK button.
- Upload My Files
- Click on the Upload My Files button to upload various file types.
- The following file types are allowed: .pdf, .jpg, .png, .xls, .xlsx, doc, docx, .mp4 and .mov.
- Click on the + Upload Document button then click on the ‘Upload Documents’ button at the bottom of the screen.
- A popup will appear on your screen with four choices. Images, Videos, Documents and Cancel.
- Images
- Click on the Images button and your phone’s photo gallery will appear.
- Select the images you would like to add and then click Done.
- Note: Only the following image types are allowed. JPG, .PNG and .HEIC
- When all images are loaded, click on ‘Complete Upload’ at the bottom of the screen.
- Videos
- Note: Please limit the length of the video or videos to 2 minutes each. If you have a longer video, you may need to split it into multiple 2 minute segments in order to upload.
- Click on the round green Upload Documents button to the right of the search bar or the
- Click on the ‘Upload Documents’ button at the bottom of the screen.
- From the popup box, click on Videos.
- From your phone’s gallery, select the video(s) you would like to add and then click on Done.
- When all videos are loaded, click on ‘Complete Upload’ at the bottom of the screen.
- Documents
- Click on the round green Upload Documents button to the right of the search bar.
- Click on the ‘Upload Documents’ button at the bottom of the screen.
- From the popup box, click on Documents.
- Select the document(s) you would like to add.
- Note: Only the following document types are allowed.
- .PDF, .XLS, .XLSX, .DOC, .DOCX
- When all documents are loaded, click on ‘Complete Upload’ at the bottom f the screen.
- View Files by File Type
- On the Files page, you will see a list of file categories under the search bar. All, Signed Documents, Unsigned, General, Photos and Videos.
- All
- When this category is selected, you will see all of your files on the screen.
- Signed Documents
- This feature is currently under development and not available at this time. Once it’s available, you will be notified by your adjuster.
- In the future, if your adjuster sends you a document requiring your signature, you can sign it here in the Claims360 app. No need to print it out and email it back to your adjuster. Everything is done on on our phone.
- Once you sign it, it will appear in this folder and your adjuster will be notified that is has been signed. He can retrieve the signed document from his Claims360 account.
- Un-Signed Documents
- This is where your adjuster will place unsigned documents that require your signature
- Click on the file then click on the View/Sign option in the popup box.
- This feature is currently under development.
- General
- This is where you can view all .pdf files (except the ones marked as needing a signature), Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
- Photos
- This is where you will view all image files that you have uploaded that were not added in My Damage Photos.
- Videos
- This is where you can view all of the videos you uploaded.
- Sync your files to the Claims360 cloud.
- In order for your adjuster to have access to your files, you will need to upload/sync them to the Claims360.ai cloud.
- Once you have selected and added your files, click on the Sync Files button to save your files to the Claims360 cloud.
- This will save all of your documents
- Note: This may take a few minutes based on the number of files being uploaded, the size of the files and your internet connection speed.
- When the files are successfully uploaded, the Success popup will appear.
- Click on the OK button.
- Change My Password
- Click on the Change My Password button
- Enter your Old Password
- Enter your New Password
- Enter your New Password again.
- Click on the Change Password button at the bottom of the screen.
- Contact Claims360
- Click on the Contact Claims360 button.
- Complete all of the required (*) information.
- Click on the Submit button.
- How-To Videos & FAQs
- Click on the How-To videos button to view the instructional videos for both the website and phone apps.
- Click on the FAQs button to view a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
- Delete Account
- Click on the Delete Account button.
- Enter your password in the popup box.
- Click on the Yes, Delete Account button.
- WARNING: If you delete your account, all information associated with your account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Click on the No button to Cancel.
- Logout
- Click on the Logout button.
- Click on the Yes, Logout button to logout
- Click on the Upload My Files button to upload various file types.
