MY DOCUMENTS

The ‘My Documents’ feature in Claims360 is a basic or lite version of bulk email services like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.  It allows you to create tokened/personalized emails with attachments.  Instead of creating and sending individual emails or creating a mailing list, Claims360 allows you to send custom, individual and group emails to your insureds with just a couple of clicks.

  • From the Left Nav Bar, click on My Documents.
  • Add Attachments.
    • This is where you will import the most common documents you usually use when emailing insureds.
    • Click on the ‘Add Attachment’ button.
    • Click on Upload File (pdf). Only .PDF files are allowed.
    • Select the file(s) you want to upload, click on ‘Open’.
    • Click on the ‘Add More’ button if you want to add additional attachments and repeat the above process until all documents are added.
    • Click on ‘Done’.
    • Your attachment will now be added and appear in the ‘Attachments’ list.
  • Creating Emails
    • This is where you will create emails that you commonly send to your insureds.
    • Click on the ‘Add’ button on the right side of the Email list box.
    • Enter the name of your email.
    • If you want to further customize the way your email looks, you can use the available tools.
    • Begin typing your email in the gray text box. If you want to personalize the email with the insureds’ name, address, policy number, claim number, inspection time, etc. this can be done by adding tokens to the email.
    • The list of tokens is on the right side of the screen.
    • Once you’ve created the email, you can attach documents to that email.
    • Click in the box below ‘Attached Document(s)’ and a list of your documents appears.
    • From the list, click on the document you would like to attach to this email. Attachments can only be selected one at a time.
    • Once the attachments have been added to the email, click on the ‘Save’ button.
    • Your email will now appear in the Email list.
    • If you want to use this email as a template for other emails, click on the copy icon, Change the email name, edit your email, delete, add or change the attachments then click on ‘Save’. This email will be added to your list.
    • To edit an existing email, click on the pencil or edit icon, make the changes to this email then click Save.
    • You can delete this email by clicking on the delete button.
