INSURED INFORMATION

  • Once all of your claims have been imported or setup in Claims360.ai, they’ll appear on the ‘All Insureds’ dashboard.
  • The ‘Full Name’ Column shows the insured’s name and their Claims360 ID number.
    • Most insured ID numbers are the last four numbers of their phone number and the first four letters of their last name.
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Loss Location
  • Active 360 apps.
    • This column shows all of the 360 apps that have been assigned to this insured.
    • If you would like to activate a claim in one of the 360 apps, click on the app then click Yes.
    • This insured has now been activated in the selected app.
    • The activated app icon will be in full color.
    • Click on the activated app thumbnail again and it will open up to the apps website.

 

  • Actions Column
    • This is where you can send emails, add and view additional contact, add and view photos taken with the other 360 apps and/or sent to you by your insureds, add and view files you’ve added for your insured and view files sent to you by your insureds, edit the insureds’ information and delete the insureds’ Claims360 account.

 

  • Email
    • Click on the email icon.
    • Select the email template you created in My Documents.
    • Click on Send Email.

 

  • Additional Contacts
    • Click on the Additional Contacts icon.
    • Click on the Add Contact button.
    • Select the Contact Type from the drop-down list and complete the rest of the form.
    • You can add an image, .pdf or word file to the contact.
    • To complete the form, click on Submit.
    • The contact will be added to the Additional Contacts dashboard.
    • To edit the contact information, click on the pencil or edit icon, make the changes and click on the Update button.
    • Click on the delete icon to delete the contact.

 

  • Photo Gallery
    • All photos taken by the insured using the Claims360 phone app or website are uploaded and saved in the photo gallery.
    • Also, all photos taken using Prelim360, Sketch360 and Contents360 are also stored here.
    • All of your photos are stored in a central location for fast and easy access.
    • Photos can be exported as a .zip file.
      • Select the photos to be downloaded.
      • Click on the ‘Download as a Zip File’ button.
      • Save the .zip file to your computer.

 

 

 

  • Insured Files
    • This is where the insured can upload videos, receipts, invoices, contracts, etc. They can do this with either their phone app or the Claims360.ai website.
    • You can also add documents here that are automatically added to the insureds’ phone app and website.
    • Click on the ‘Add File(s) button in the upper right corner of the screen.
    • Now click on the green ‘Add Files’ button.
    • Select the file or files then click ‘Open’. The files will be added to Claims three sixty dot ai
    • Click on the ‘Add More’ button at the bottom of the screen to add additional files.
    • When you have added all files, click on ‘Done’.
    • All the files you have added will appear in the Files Gallery dashboard.
    • This is a fast, easy and efficient way to send and share files with your insureds.

 

  • Edit Insured
    • Click on the pencil or edit icon to edit the claim information.
    • Make your changes then click on either the ‘Update’ button or ‘Update & Next’ to save your changes.
  • Delete Claim / Insured
    • Click on the red Delete icon.
    • Click on ‘Yes, Delete’ to delete the claim.
    • The claim will now be moved to the My Insured Deleted folder.
      • The claim can be restored to the ‘Active’ folder by clicking on My Insureds from the Left Nav Bar, selecting the ‘Deleted’ folder and then clicking on the Restore button.
      • To permanently delete the claim from your account, click on the ‘Delete’ icon.
