OPTIONS

  • This features allows you to bulk delete insureds, export the insureds’ information to the other 360 apps, mark a claim or claims complete and send bulk personalized emails with or without attachments.
  • Check the insureds you want to include in this action.
  • After the insureds are selected, click on the ‘Options’ button.
  • There are four actions that can be performed.
    • Delete selected insureds.
      • Select this button if you want to delete the selected insured(s). Then, click on the Proceed button. Deleted insureds can be restored from the My Insureds Deleted folder

 

  • Export to
    • Select this action if you want to set up your insureds in any of the other 360 apps.
    • You can add all of your claims to the other 360 apps either one by one or as a group.
    • Click on the 360 app or apps you would like to setup for this insured. Selected apps will be outlined in green. Now click on Proceed.
    • The insureds will now be added to and activated in the selected 360 apps.
    • Use your login and password from Claims360 to log into any and all of the 360 apps and websites.

 

  • Mark as Complete
    • Select this button if you want to mark the selected claims as complete.
    • Then click on the Proceed button. 
    • Completed claims can be reactivated or deleted in the My Insureds Completed folder.

 

  • Send Email.
    • This is where you are going to send the custom tokened emails to your insureds.
    • Select Send Email.
    • Select an email from the list of emails you created in My Documents.
    • Click on Proceed.
    • A few clicks and all emails are sent in seconds.

 

(10) EXPORT INSUREDS

  • Export Insureds allows you to export all selected claims to an Excel spreadsheet that can be saved to your computer.
  • If you have to manually create claims in Xactimate, the spreadsheet is in the same order as the information you will need to enter into Xactimate when you setup a claim.
