ADDING INSUREDS

  • From the Claims360.ai homepage, click on the green ‘My Insureds’ button. This will open to your Insured Dashboard.
  • There are a number of ways to add your insureds to Claims360.
  • Click on the ‘Add New Insured(s)’ button and you will see a popup with the various ways to add insureds.
  • Import from CMS. In the near future you will be able to connect to your IA Firms claims management system (CMS) and import your claims into Claims360.
    • If your IA Firm’s CMS is not set up with Claims360, ask them to contact us and we will set them up so you can import and access your claims easier and faster.
  • Add a single insured manually. Enter all of the claim information on each page. There are three steps or pages.  When you complete each page, click on ‘Update & Next’.  When all of the information is added, click on the Submit button.  Your insured will now appear on your ‘My Insured’s page.
    • Once you have entered the insured’s information, the insured will be sent an email and text asking them to download and install the Claims360.ai from either Google Play (Android) or The App Store (Apple / iOS).
    • The email will contain their login and password.
      • There’s a link on how to use the insureds’ Claims360 app in the description below.
  • Import from Spreadsheet. This is the fastest and easiest way to import your claims into Claims360.
    • If your IA Firm’s claims management system allows you to export your claims as an Excel spreadsheet, download and save the spreadsheet to your computer.
    • If you can’t export your claims from your IA Firms’ CMS, you can create and download an Excel spreadsheet from Xactanalysis. There’s a link on how to do this in the description below.
    • Select ‘Import from Spreadsheet’ then click on ‘Proceed’.
    • Select the spreadsheet you created and saved earlier.
    • Claims360 doesn’t require the columns to be in a specific order or for you to use a specially formatted spreadsheet.
    • The contents of the spreadsheet will appear.
    • To view the information in each column, click on the green scroll bar at the top of the table.
    • To import the spreadsheet into Claims360, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Save & Next’.
    • Claims360 will now import all of the claim information. This may take a minute or more due to the amount of data being process and your internet speed.
    • When all claims are imported, click on the ‘Okay’ button in the Success popup box.
  • Upload FNOL. This feature is designed for Flood Adjusters and is most likely not needed for P&C claims.
    • If you’re a flood adjuster and would like to use this feature, download and save a .pdf copy of your First Notice of Loss.
    • Select ‘Upload FNOL’ then click on proceed.
    • Click on ‘Choose File’ then select the FNOL you want to import. When the import is successfully completed, click on Close.  The claim will appear in your My Insureds list.
