Signing Up and Starting a Free Trial
Welcome to Sketch360.ai. The fast, accurate and affordable way to create 2D & 3D floorplans and document interior damages with photos, videos and measurements.
Sketch360 is just one of the adjuster designed programs from Claims360.ai.
- To signup for a free trial of Sketch360, click on ‘Let’s Get Started’.
- You will be redirected to the Create Account page on Claims360.ai. Enter your information on the signup page. Make sure the phone number you use at signup is the same number you will be giving to your insureds and is able to receive texts.
- When you signup for Claims360.ai, you are automatically given a Free Trial of all of the 360 apps.
- ai, Schedule360.ai, Contents360.ai and Prelim360.ai.
- Click on the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Then check the ‘Are you a human? box.
- Click on all of the matching numbers in the popup box then click on ‘Done’.
- Now click on ‘Create Account’.
- A 4 digit Two Factor Authentication code will be sent to both your email and phone. These codes are the same.
- Enter the 2FA or Authentication code then check the ‘Are you human?’ box.
- Click on all of the matching numbers in the popup box then click on ‘Done’.
- Now click on ‘Verify Account’.
- At this point you will be sent a verification email. Click on the green box to confirm your email address. You will be redirected to the Claims360 login page. Now login using your email address and password.
- For security reasons, you will receive and have to enter a new 2FA code via text and email. Enter the code and click on ‘Submit’.

- From the ‘My Insureds’ page, you will add your insureds. There are a number of ways to add your insureds to Claims360.
- Click on the ‘Add New Insured(s)’ button and you will see a popup with the various ways to add insureds.
- Import from CMS. In the near future you will be able to connect to your IA Firms claims management system (CMS) and import all of your claims into Claims360.
- Add a single insured manually. Enter all of the claim information on each page. There are three steps or pages. When you complete each page, click on ‘Update & Next’. When all of the information is added, click on the Submit button. Your insured will now appear on your ‘My Insured’s page.
- Import from Spreadsheet. This is the fastest and easiest way to import your claims into Claims360.
- If your IA Firm’s claims management system allows you to export your claims as an Excel spreadsheet, download and save the spreadsheet to your computer.
- If you can’t export your claims from your IA Firms’ CMS, you can create and download an Excel spreadsheet from Xactanalysis. There’s a link on how to do this in the description below.
- Select ‘Import from Spreadsheet’ then click on ‘Proceed’.
- Select the spreadsheet you created and saved earlier.
- The contents of the spreadsheet will appear. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Save & Next’.
- When all claims are imported, click on the ‘Okay’ button in the Success popup box.
- Claims360 will now import all of the claim information. This may take a minute or more due to the amount of data being process and your internet speed.
- Claims360 allows you to send custom individual and group emails to your insureds, add additional contacts, view photos, videos and documents the insured has sent to you and documents you have sent to the insured, view photos taken while using the other 360 apps, get documents e-signed by the insured without having to subscribe to expensive e-signature software, edit the insureds’ information and delete the insured from Claims360.

- Once all of your claims are imported and setup in Claims360, you can export the claim information to the other 360 apps.
- You can add all of your claims to the other 360 apps either one by one or as a group.
- To add a single claim to Sketch360 – this also applies to the other 360 apps – click on the program you want to activate for the claim.
- You will be asked if you want to add this insured to the selected 360 app. Click on Yes.
- When the claim is successfully added to the selected 360 program, click on the Okay button in the Success popup box.
- If you want to add multiple claims to a 360 app, check the ‘Select All’ box to the left of ‘Full Name’.
- Click on Options.
- Now select ‘Export To’. Then click on the program or programs you want to export the claim information to. In this case, we are only selecting Sketch360, but you can choose any or all of the 360 apps.
- Once you’ve selected which programs you want to export the claim information to, click on ‘Proceed’.
- When all of the selected claims are successfully exported to the selected 360 apps, click on ‘Okay’.
- The active apps for the insured will now be full color showing that the claim information has been exported to the selected 360 app or apps.
- Upload FNOL. This feature is designed for Flood Adjusters and is most likely not needed for P&C claims.
- If you’re a flood adjuster and would like to use this feature, download and save a .pdf copy of your First Notice of Loss.
- Select ‘Upload FNOL’ then click on proceed.
- Click on ‘Choose File’ then select the FNOL you want to import. When the import is successfully completed, click on Close. The claim will appear in your My Insureds list.
- Now that you have setup your claims and assigned them to the 360 apps, from the ‘All Insureds’ page click on the full color app logo – in this case Sketch360 – and the homepage/login page will open.
- Log into the 360 program – in this case Sketch360 – using the same email and password you created when you signed up in Claims360.
- Now you will see all of the claims or insureds that you’ve exported from Claims360.
