Signing Up and Starting a Free Trial

• Click on the Let’s Get Started
• Enter your information. All fields are required.

• If you use virtual phone numbers that change between deployments, you can update this number on your profile page.
• Create your Password
• Accept the Terms & Conditions
• Confirm that you are human
• Select the duplicated numbers. Click on Done
• Click on the Create Account button.
• You will receive an email AND text with the 2FA code.
• Enter this code and click on Verfiy Account.
• Once you verify your account, you will receive an email asking you to Confirm Your Email Address.  Click on the green button to log into Claims360.

Logging In & Forgot Password

• LOGIN

• From the Login page, enter the email address you used to create your account.
• Enter the password you created.
• Click on the Login button.
• FORGOT PASSWORD
• Click on Forgot Password?
• Enter the email address you used to create your account.
• Click on the Send Reset Link button.
• Click on the OK button.
• Check your email.  You will receive an email from support@claims360.ai
• If the email is not in your Inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
• Open email and click on the Reset Password button.
• On the next screen, enter your New Password and Confirm your Password.
• Click on the Reset Password button.
• Click on Login here to login to Claims360.ai using your new password.
